CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that life happens, and sometimes plans change. However, to ensure that our stylists’ time is respected and other clients have the opportunity to book appointments, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: • No-Show or Late Cancellation (less than 24 hours notice): If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment or cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged up to 50% of the total scheduled services. • Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment or shorten the service time to avoid affecting the next client’s schedule. Full payment will still be required. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!
